1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," "You," or "Your") and ph639.cam ("ph639," "We," "Us," or "Our"), a gaming platform operated under compliance with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the ph639 website (https://ph639.cam), mobile applications, games, services, and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise accessing any part of the ph639 Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.3 Mental and Legal Capacity

2.4 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to register only one (1) account with ph639. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party and to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account. ph639 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

3.2 Unauthorized Use

You agree to notify ph639 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. ph639 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

ph639 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Such documents may include but are not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, GCash screenshot). Your account may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed. Refusal to provide requested documents may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph639 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically processed instantly, while bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the issuing bank's processing time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the ph639 Platform are subject to acceptance by ph639. A bet is not considered valid until it has been confirmed and recorded in your account transaction history. ph639 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at any time, including but not limited to bets that exceed maximum limits, bets placed on suspended markets, or bets that ph639 reasonably believes to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph639 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if ph639 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall ph639's total liability exceed the amount deposited by you into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph639 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting ph639 customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account within thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days, ph639 reserves the right to deduct administrative fees for maintaining dormant accounts.

10.2 Termination by ph639

ph639 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to ph639, other players, or the integrity of the Platform. In the event of account closure for violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and ph639 is under no obligation to return funds deposited by you.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph639 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormant account fee of PHP 500 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved in accordance with Philippine law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ph639 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal legal proceedings. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ph639.

12. Amendments to Terms

ph639 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the ph639 website with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any changes, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
